All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return/replacement:

  • Items that have been worn/washed/soiled

  • Inner wear, lingerie cannot be returned on account of hygiene

  • Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items

  • Items with “Do Not Remove” tags must have tag still attached for refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove this tag.
